Some TGUs and Swings

The stiffness in my hip is almost gone but I didn't want to do anything that might make it worse. I just did some TGUs and swings.

24kg KB TGU: 8 minutes
24kg KB 2Hand Swings: 30 sec on/15 sec off for 10 rounds

Felt good. My hip still feels great after the workout so I think I'm almost back to normal.

  1. Ben, you're probably not going to want to hear this, but I would try a contrast shower just to see if it helps with the stiffness. I'm sold. Bill Long has given me a lot of advice about it and I'm actually starting to enjoy it. 90 seconds on, 90 seconds off for 15 minutes, as cold as you can stand, then as hot as you can stand. I've started doing a lot of stretching and joint mobility during the shower because I get bored. Don't be a chicken!
