TGUs and GTG Pullups

Second TGU workout of the week with the 32. It was good.

32kg KB TGU: 5 minutes
GTG Pullups: 30 total

    Just a thought to help increase your pushups PR. Try doing day on day off technique were you start doing pushups every hour on the hour example....start at 9 end at 5. Do 10-25 pushups every hour. each week up the number you do. I promise it will increase your number of pushups dramtically.
