Deadlift and 24kg Snatch

Deadlift Warmup: 135x5, 225x2, 275x2
Deadlift Worksets: 315x3x2
Pullup Ladder: 1,2,3,4,5 x 3
24kg KB Snatch: 65 in 3 minutes

Judging from todays snatches, I think my conditioning is coming along okay. I think it has been helping to do them at the end of my workouts instead of the beginning (where it is a lot easier).

  1. Looks like you're right on track. I learned recently that if you were going to the RKC, at your weight you would only have to use the 16kg for the snatch test. Not only that, but you'd only have to do 80 IN 5 MINUTES. Not fair.

  2. Really? That's retarded. I don't think that body weight affects snatches that much, but I don't know. I won't complain about it though when I go to the RKC...someday.
